Earlier this year, Sharon Marks-Pascoe, the mother of Kyle Pascoe, a DV junior who died following a serious traffic accident last fall, launched a memorial scholarship fund at Greater Pike Community Foundation to honor her son. Congratulations to Emily Jacobus and Shira Michel, Delaware Valley High School seniors who received scholarships from the Greater Pike Community Foundation to pursue higher education in the fall. Jacobus received $600 from the Gouse-Krawitz Memorial Scholarship Fund established by the Pike County Chamber of Commerce. Two deserving families got a little extra help paying for their children’s preschool tuition this summer with funding from Greater Pike Community Foundation. The Malone and Macali families were each awarded Pre-Kindergarten Scholarships for their children to attend the Center for Developmental Disabilities (CDD) preschool program in Milford, PA. Greater Pike Community Foundation announces the availability of $90,000 in grant funds from the Richard L. Snyder Fund. Greater Pike Community Foundation announces the availability of 2019 Pre-K scholarships to families in the Greater Pike area.  The scholarships will provide full or partial tuition for local children attending summer or school-year programs at the Center for Developmental Disabilities (CDD) or Green Trees Early Learning Center. Pike County lost a beloved philanthropist last year, but her legacy lives on. The Barbara J. Buchanan Fund of the Greater Pike Community Foundation announces its 2019 Grant Recipients:  Pike County Hands of Hope, Kindred Spirits, and GAIT Therapeutic Riding Center.  All three organizations will receive a $500 grant.
