Milford’s Marsh-Kellogg American Legion Post #139 had an extra reason to celebrate at their annual Christmas party this year: they raised enough funds to finish renovations to make their restrooms accessible. Greater Pike Community Foundation is teaming up with PennState Extension of Pike County this fall to offer a series of educational workshops aimed at supporting and strengthening local nonprofit organizations. Congratulations to Emily Jacobus and Shira Michel, Delaware Valley High School seniors who received scholarships from the Greater Pike Community Foundation to pursue higher education in the fall. Two deserving families got a little extra help paying for their children’s preschool tuition this summer with funding from Greater Pike Community Foundation. The Malone and Macali families were each awarded Pre-Kindergarten Scholarships for their children to attend the Center for Developmental Disabilities (CDD) preschool program in Milford, PA.
