Letter of Intent for Membership

I/We have made a provision for Greater Pike Community Foundation in my/our estate plans and wish to be included in the Greater Pike Legacy Society. I/We declare my/our intention to help provide for the future of the Foundation and to improve the quality of life in my/our community with a gift through my/our Will or estate plan. I/We understand that I/we am/are not making a legal or binding commitment upon my/our estate by submitting this Letter of Intent.
