GRANT REPORTS

To complete the grant process, grantees must submit a final report to Greater Pike Community Foundation.  The report must include a narrative evaluation and a budget section as well as receipts for all items purchased using grant funds.

Please also note that failure to provide required final reporting will disqualify an organization from consideration in the next grant cycle.
